Super place to rent mobility scooter. reserved 2 scooters online for Tuesday all day at 9:00 pickup got their owner was there and had them ready and was able to park my car there for free big plus in Gatlinburg. Was out of there in less then 10 minutes. Will use them again.

The personal experience was very comfortable and in person. It felt very friendly. The equipment ran very well and was comfortable. Our customer service person even gave us routes for several tours that we could take on our ride. The experience was wonderful, and I will go through them again.The next time we are there.

Rented e-bikes for my family of 4. Such a fun experience! We picked up the bikes and travelled through town a short distance before reaching the Gatlinburg trailhead. Great location and price point!

Staff was very informative on 4/7/26 when renting a mobility scooter for my 76 year old Mother. He went over instructions for use very well. The scooter appeared sanitized and in very good working order. It was also fully charged. He was also pleasant when we returned the scooter 3 hours later. The guy even offered to help me get my Mom out of the car. He was extremely friendly. Almost felt as if I was family.

Rented a jeep for the day. Very helpful at check in, just insurance and a card. Had text itinerary of different trips. We headed south, climbed the peak at clingmans dome, went to Cherokee then to alum cave. Jeep ran great up the mountains, opted for no doors which was fun. Windy and colder at the top, but ok with jackets. Well worth the money for the day. Teens had fun in the back.

HIGHLY recommend this company for your UTV rentals in the Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains park exploring! The website allows for easy ability to see what times and UTVs are available. The 8 hour rate was one of the cheapest in the area, you can park your vehicle right on the property while you are gone, and we were allowed to leave our vehicle parked there while we walked a short 5-6 minute walk to all the stores on the main street in Gatlinburg. Also, we were told that if we got back a couple of minutes late to not worry about it. "Don't hurry back just to make the deadline over a couple of minutes". If you are looking to rent a UTV to explore Gatlinburg, the GSM National Park and maybe even down into Cherokee, or out to Townsend and Wears Valley, this is a great way to do it. And the views driving in the park and Cade's Cove are so much more exciting while in a UTV than just in your car.
